Clinical Project Manager (M/W) – Filled
CellProthera is a biotech company based in Alsace. Being a Pharmaceutical entity, our Firm develops an advanced therapeutic medicinal product on a stem cell therapy graft approach to treat patients suffering from severe acute myocardial infarction. A Phase I/IIb clinical trial is currently on-ongoing in France and in UK.
We are looking for a Clinical Project Manager (male / female) to take in charge our “Excellent” named trial.
Missions
Reporting to the Senior Clinical Manager, you are in charge of the following tasks:
- The Phase I / IIB clinical trial operational management
- Manages and updates the planning
- Oversees and coordinates clinical subsidiaries (CRO,…) and makes the delay and the regulations requirements be smoothly respected
- Coordinates the investigators‘sites and will have to frequently visit them
- Makes sure that the budget and contracts are respected
- Assesses the non-compliances / non-conformities and takes in charge the corrective and preventive actions
- Logistics and Patient Flow management
- Defines and / or modifies the scope of work for each subsidiary
- Optimizes the patients ’recruitment
- Validates the monitoring reports
- Updates “operational” trackers tools
- Organizes clinical data collection and consolidation performs by subsidiary
- Updates clinical documents, files and SOPs
- Manages investigators’ trainings
Profil
Reporting to the Senior Clinical Project Manager
You are thorough and have:
- A Life Science diploma
- A 5 to 10 years of Clinical Development experiences in the industry
- Autonomy, communication and organizational skills
- Mobility to travel to investigators’sites
- Flexibility in priority management and ability to listen
- Team Spirit
- Fluent in English speaking and in writing
